Default Anyone remember Bratt's Ice Cream???

I really don't know much about this company but I understand that it was pretty popular back in the 50's. I've got a couple of old photos from my Grandmother's photo album. She said that her husband's brother and father migrated from Oklahoma to Arizona and started this business and that it was fairly popular back in its day. Maybe some family members are still in the area and can give me more info? Pictures? History? I think I also saw a quick clip from the movie Gone In 60 Seconds where there was a metal sign on the side of a refridgerator of Bratt's Ice Cream. Anyway, please email me direct if you have any info on this topic. Thanks.

Smile RE: Bratt's Ice Cream

Thanks Benny for the reply. Yes, my grandfather was W.T. "Jack" Bratt, James' younger brother. My sister Julie has been in contact with William, and I have had some contact via email with him as well. Kind of a neat family history, something I didn't know about growing up. My email address is kg5vw.ok@gmail.com if you want to email me direct. I've changed my email address since I registered here but I still check my old one occasionally. Again, thanks for the reply, look forward to hearing from you more.

Scott
