All the late 20's girls I know are married or at home happily playing games dreaming of the next comic convention.

Which does not speak for all late 20's girls.

same with late 20's guys but most of them are workaholics or training to move up if they are single.

Downtown Phoenix, S Sdale and Tempe/E Mesa I am guessing

Downtown Phx-art scene, activity, sports
S Sdale-proximity to ASU, old town and phx
Tempe-ASU, lake
E Mesa-Close to ASU, CHEAP

I read this forum since I am looking to move to the Phoenix area with my family. However based off your needs I would highly recommend San Diego. As a young single lad in my late 20's there was no place better to be! Don't settle for Phoenix or Texas you are to young. Get a roomate, which is very normal here and have a blast!

I can't imagine how the single life is in Phoenix for a 30 year old coming from Denver, guess I'll find out the hard way next year.
