Default Living by 99th Ave and Peoria in Peoria
Can someone tell me if living by 99th Ave no and Peoria in Peoria Az is a safe place. I plan on moving in April.

99th Ave and Peoria is right next to the southeast corner of Sun City. It is a very nice area, not quite fully developed, and has a lot of middle income and retirees living in the area. The 101 freeway is a short distance away as is shopping for everyday needs. It is an area I would reccommend since I live nearby and am very comfortable in my surroundings.

I used to go to go to execise over there at the womans club and I wasn't fond of the area, it may have changed since then though. I'd check it out before deciding on it.
