Default Fountain Hills

Can anyone tell me what the nearest hospital or medical facility would be to Fountain Hills?. Is there a downtown area here and are the home prices higher here than in the Scottsdale area? What are the property taxes like there and are all the conveniences a long drive away?

Currently there are 512 For Sale listings showing on the mls in Fountain Hills, from $249k for a 1500sf home, to $690k for a 3196 sf home on a 1.5 acre lot.

As to North Scottsdale, these prices would be less. As to the southern area of Scottsdale these prices would be in line with some areas, and higher or lower than others.

Nearest facitilty is the Mayo (3-4 miles), with Scottsdale HealthCare Shea only about 11 miles to the west.

There is a downtown area, still waiting for the town council to give a final approval for buildout. Pretty quiet on the weekends, unless there is a major event going on.

Home prices are a little lower than N. Scottsdale, depends on where in Fountain Hills you are locating.

Pretty much all the conviences you are looking for. Anything specific?
