I used to live in Woodlake in Midlothian! Move to Phoenix, you're a young man, you will love it here. The heat is worse here but the bugs don't fly! *smile*

C-4, how about giving us some more information on who you are, what you like to do, what you're looking for, what you do for a living, why you're thinking Phoenix, and what it is you dislike about Richmond?

This is why I said stay in Richmond. I hope you have a reason for coming out west (though I admit I didn't when I was your age )

Ok ill start from the beginning, a friend of mines lives in az and has a condo his father bought for him and hes paying his father rent. he told me i could come and room mate with him becuase my situation with tryna move back to richmond from norfolk , was rough , i found out i had to move back to richmond on short notice and didnt have time to find a job up here for have a place to stay and work until i found an apt. finances were run dry and my grandmother offered to buy me a plane ticket , give me first months rent , and give me spending money to hold me over until i found a jpb. and ive been hopping around from place to place in richmond since new years , and yesterday i got a job offer at a cell phone place and got my w2's from two jobs i had in 07 , so should i stay here and try to work things out or should i pack up and try phoenix out because ive never been to the west coast , and i dont know when id get another chance, or should i stay here in richmond take this job and this money and try to find a place ????

If grandma will pay the freight, I say roll the dice and come to AZ. You only live once. Have a little adventure and move to a different part of the country. Richmond will always be there if AZ doesn't work out.
