Regarding Lifetime the only "class" that has a charge is Pilates. They do have other prorgans that cost extra like personal training, weight loss, etc.

I need the following bells and whistles. Clean private showers, safe lockers and wifi. 24/7 would be a plus as my work schedule varies and sometimes I'd be going in before work and want to look my best sometimes after but still want to go home clean smelling.

That's a huge bummer! Barre and pilates are my top fitness classes. I think the barre classes I saw on their schedule were only a couple times a week, when I work. if I could just pay for the pilates classes and leave it at that, that would work for me, but I doubt they'd let me.

I like girly gyms for a reason: it keeps out the riff raff and steroid meatheads. I prefer free weights, don't care for smoothie bars, or the latest form of kick box yoga or whatever, but unfortunately, those places keep out the tools who yell really loudly when they are bench pressing or fighting over equipment or just having a general bout of roid' rage. I loved Golds Gym but hated the clientele. If I could find a gym with the best of both worlds that would be ideal.

I used to love the Q gym because it had a dress code. You couldn't wear tank tops, it had to be t-shirts. That was a great policy because the meatheads want to show off their pecs and hate t-shirts. I like tank tops too but it was a worthwhile sacrafice to be able to work out in peace.

Not sure what the best gyms are. I'd prefer one with fitness classes and stretching areas as strength conditioning and stretching are my primary focus (grew up dancing on and off, its just what I know). Needing a club with memberships under 30$/month. Just tried yelping a few, and the gyms don't post their prices. Mountainside looks nice though! That's just one so far.
I'd recommend Mountainside Fitness for something closer to your price range. Classes are good, lots of room and machines for strength training. It's clean, not crowded, aesthetically pleasing--a good mid-range gym for the money.

They can be very crowded. It depends on the location. It's a local Arizona founded company and they do a great job.

Quite possible. Let me rephrase: The location I've been to has never been what I call crowded, even at peak times. A definite plus!
