I don't think anyone will really know the answer to this question. I have yet to meet anyone on this site who lives IN PV.

My step grandfather has lived in PV for 30 years now and is VERY humble. If you saw the guy you'd never think he lived there. If you can afford it, definitely keep your eye on the place. I love it there!
