Default Do Most Subdivisions have pools, tennis?

I was just wondering, because not many homes for rent state these amenities, and to be honest, I definitely need a pool in the middle of summer! Is it rare, or should I assume most communities have these amenities, which is why they aren't mentioned? Also, I am checking out a home in a "cluster" community close to Superstition Springs, does anyone have any info on this community...Thanks!

Most subdivisions do not have a pool or tennis courts. You should look for MPC's (master planned communities) as they will have a lot more amenities.

Are you talking about Superstition Springs Rd? What is the name of the community? Or what is a street address?

It is a good area.

There are several subdivisions in that area including Superstition Springs, Towne Meadows, and Highland Ranch.

It's very close to the Superstition Springs shopping mall, Costco, and several auto dealerships, and plenty of good restaurants in that area.

Just to the south around Elliot and Power, you'll see the large complex going up that's 8 softball fields that are replicas of some large major league fields. I believe it should be finished this year.
