Then S-L-O-W-L-Y they turn.
If you signal, the driver behind you will be ready to slow down, or to safely change lanes. If you don't signal, you increase your risk of causing rear-end collisions. I also really dislike when people fail to signal for lane changes and left turns, because these are also dangerous, especially the left turns!

I wish drivers realized it was not just rude (which, I get, they don't care about) but also dangerous to themselves (which even a selfish person should care about).

What nonsense/sounds like click bait to me. This "study" also lists Boston towards the top of the list for the least aggressive drivers(!) NY City not on the list for most aggressive. Or DC.

For those who haven't driven in a burrough in NYC, especially manhattan, around DC, in/around Boston, we need a field trip called the reality tour to illustrate what aggressive driving really is about. Phoenix is beyond tame in comparison based on my experience over many years.
