We don't allow smoking here, but it's fine to be here in the States illegally, get drunk, drive a car, and kill a teenager or police officer.

I can understand that. But the one thing I will never understand is why someone can't have a bar that caters to smokers. People that don't smoke would know it's a bar for smokers and could simply not go in. That's the only issue I have with the smoking bans.

One thing though, we sure have some nice smoking patios now.

you can still smoke - it's not like you're going to get snowed on outside

spending 10 minutes of your time at a clip being respectful of others isn't that much to ask

this has always been a tough issue for me as i'm all about individual freedoms and the like ...... but there is something so rude about sitting in an enclosed area, firing up some smokes and spreading your stinky, harmful polution to others who are not emitting the same
