I was wondering about the Tatum and Union Hills area? My wife and I just moved to the Phx area from Tx and are considering the area. Thanks for any input.

That is an excellent area to live. I lived for a few years at Tatum and Bell and just north of Bell (just south of Union Hills). I used to walk around that whole residential area a lot and it's very safe. The values hold pretty strong up there as well.

Nice area - close to the Desert Ridge Marketplace, the 101, the 51, I-17, easy access to Scottsdale and Phoenix and some nice new homes.

Thank you for the heads up. We did end up signing a contract for a house in a new development not far from that intersection. In the past couple days we have been by there at different times of the day to get an idea of the neighborhood and everything looks pretty good.
