Actually, there are quite a few sites in the state.
Examples: Avondale shows 1, Litchfield Park shows 3, Scottsdale shows 7, Phoenix shows 100+
Please know superfund sites are not unique to AZ, they are all over the US. In addition to checking out this website, I also recommend looking at the home's property report because that is how we found out a site being in that area. Hope this helps.
