looking in the chandler area from apartment guide.com.....Deer Valley looked beautiful....wow...I think I'll send for the book as it's pretty tedious online doing this...

I have NO clue about chandler. But I could imagine trying to narrow down apt complexes from out of state!

Is Deer Valley a complex? I know there's a Deer Valley area (kinda a town) up where I live.

Yes, Deer Valley I and II....it's really hard because in regards to income, I don't have a job there yet...duh...but being that my field looks good, that's certainly an incentive....

I don't want to be in FL for another hurricane season....we were very fortunate this year but next year could be a very different story.

I just don't want to see all these great jobs & then three months from now when I'm actively getting my resume out, poof! ....they dissapear so I just didn't know how soon to really jump on the interview train...hmmm......time to go home....
