Default Where to find on-site managers for apartment bldg.?
My family is thinking of buying a 41 unit apartment building in the Phoenix area but one of our concerns is finding a qualified on-site resident manager. We do not live in AZ so are not familiar with the best places to advertise.

Any advice is appreciated. Thank you.
