I think 85012 is a good choice esp that Xavier Prep (female) and Brophy Prep (male) are in that same zip code. I would also look at 85018, 85016 and paradise valley 85253 (yes you have several in your price point)

Are you looking for a home with a yard, pool etc or are you looking for urban style living in a high rise - if you like using the amenities there are plenty including S. Scottsdale which would be perfect for you as well..
