Ive6no idea (anymore) about which is better for the East Valley, but getting a refund for a good reason is usually pretty easy with Groupon. with Living Social, its6rarely worth the time to write out the email request.

Interesting that you should say that, I bought a window tint voucher on living social and was told by the business providing that voucher that my windows were already tinted so it would have cost me 200 extra to remove the tint already on my windows so it was not worth it. I requested a refund from living social and they said they will only allow a refund in the 1st 72 hours of purchase. What am I supposed to do with a voucher for window tinting that I cannot use that cost me almost 70 dollars?

Bingo. That's the reason why I very rarely (if ever) use Living Social anymore. Groupon's response, at a minimum, would have been to give you Groupon bucks (a credit) to use towards future purposes.

Where is the 'neither' option? Many places give you the groupon discount plus more if you ask since they avoid fees that way.
