Post San Tan Highway (202) & Val Vista

Does anyone live near this area? Is it a nice place to live? When we visited Phoenix recently we noticed a whole load of commercial growth in that area.
What is the 202 like in the mornings to commute to Intel?
Thanks for any help.

I live in that area. It depends on what time you need to be at work. The commute will be fine if you stay off that freeway. I would just take Elliot down and then head south on McClintock to Chandler Blvd, I say Elliot because Warner and Ray are messy so is Chandler Blvd. You should have no problem to Intel from there about 30 minutes.

Oh the area is great!!!!!! It would be a nice choice.
