Hi everyone! I'm currently living in Tucson Arizona and plan to move to Glendale, Arizona in August of 2018. i would like to know if the area around 4949 W Northern Ave, Glendale, AZ is a good and safe place to live at or what is the area like if anyone knows. I plan to move to the Glen Brae Apartments

It is not a bad area but not an area I would want to live in as it is close to some areas that are not good and safe.

Those apartments (GB) have mediocre reviews from ex-tenants. If your budget could afford better, I'd look elsewhere, like Uptown Phoenix

A few miles north makes a big difference, if you want to have something in the same area.
