Default Medshape Weight Loss Clinics

Has anyone been to a Medshape Weight Loss Clinic in Mesa? Would you recommend them? Are the fees reasonable?

Any info would be appreciated. Thank you.

Default Medshape

I am a client at Medshape. I have to say...I highly recommend them. I have lost 72 pounds in four months. The doctor is excellent. You will love the staff. I guess everyone that works there were clients first, then went to work for them. Their programs work. The prices are real reasonable. Give them a call.

I just googled medshape and it turns out that they use Medifast products. I did Medifast about 6 months ago and lost 50 pounds. If you can get past the first 4 days or so, it is wonderful. I was never successful on any other diet. Try mymedifast.com and click on register. You can send an email and get a user name and password. The forums are very active, motivating and helpful. Good luck!!!

Good find. I was on it a few times, the most was 5 weeks and lost 21 pounds. I don't care for it for long term. I get too weak and can't do anything. I think I need more calories (I even added an extra shake and the L&G). I always liked the makemethinner.com site - has a really good forum.

To the OP- you don't have to go to a clinic to do this diet. They will charge you a lot more than if you bought it off the internet. If you want DR supervision, go to your own DR and it will be cheaper.
