Back in 2004 when the home was built, I could not stomach that busy flooring with those wood nauseating patterns. In 2019, it's even more offensive. But the most undesirable of them all is the mountain range style granite black-splash. Yuck! I would punt on that home exclusively because of those two items. Even the master's granite is "in your face". Those two items cost the most money to update. The pool area has a dated look but not too bad. The homes exterior is more than acceptable to my eyes.

But I'm with you. 15 years is the number. I'm seeing it with my 2006 build. And we had several 2011-2014 upgrades along the way. But the 18" ceramic tile is out and the biggest needed upgrade. I'll leave that for the next guy. I'll be out of our place in less than 2 years.

If I was going to replace the flooring, the very last type of flooring style I'd pick is the plank ceramic which is all the rage. The days are numbered before people are going to find it outdated (I think it is almost here). When I see it in 2019, I already hate it.
