Painters! Carpet Cleaners! (bank owned, how much, house)

hi everyone i am purchasing a bank owned home that needs to be re-painted and the carpets need to be steam cleaned. Can anyone recommend good affordable painters and/or carpet cleaners?

Also, house cleaners? i need to hire someone to clean the house aswell..everything needs to be dusted, scrubbed, washed!

I used Dan's Az Repaints and Pinnacle Peak Performance Cleaners for my carpet. Highly recomment both.

No wonder you got such a good deal on your house!!! If you are buying a repo with the lot size and square footage that is an excellent price. I thought you were getting a new build. It should be a good investment for you because prices will probably go back up a lot in Laveen once the freeway and other retail and commercial projects get going. Good deal!!!
