Phoenix Lights April 21, 2008 Did you see them?
Was wondering if any other fellow Phoenicians saw the lights last night. I've seen the pics online and they're great. Missed the lights back in 1997 & missed them last night, too  |

I saw them on TV, but they were only visible over the northern part of town unlike the big event in 1997. That was weird, but this looked a lot like flares at least on the tube. The AF claims that they had no jets out, but there are numerous reports of military jets flying in the area after the lights appeared from people who live in the vicinity. Looks like govt was up to something they don't want us to know about.

i was driving down the 202 headed back to downtown phoenix when my g/f commented on a plane that was flying VERY low, now that i think about it, it really didn't look like your typical plane! It was around that time too

I don't know if they were ufo's, but I do know they were flying in the Luke Air Base flight training path. Could they have been burnouts from the jets? Hmmm...confused:

I have heard them talk about it on the radio all morning, but have yet to see any pictures. I am going to look online right now.
They were playing a recording on the KUPD this morning of a woman freaking out over the lights and the husband pretty much telling her to shut up. funny stuff.

I saw them. they looked like massive red fireballs in the sky about a half mile apart. I saw something like that in Buffalo when I was a kid (about 30 years ago!) but there was only one at that time! same damn thing again. Wierd......  |

NPR said that Luke confirmed that there was nothing going on yesterday, and Sky Harbor & Deer Valley didn't know what they were, either. Weird.
