Looking for a Bargain on a Home?
This came from a friend/ex co-worker who is in the mortgage biz and also used to work for CountryWide: Properties Owned by Countrywide - REO Homes#
I figured it is worth sharing with those in the market to buy a house (not just in AZ either).
