looking for new house and safe area
would like some input on what area to buy a new house in and a fairly safe neighborhood. i know crooks go everywhere, but wanted some good ideas from all of you. thanks much for your opinion and taking the time to respond.

Are you new to Arizona?, have kids?, what's important to you other than crime?, what part of town do/will you work? what is your budget for a new home?
