Since the Navajo and Apache County Sheriffs have stated publicly they won't enforce it, as have the Holbrook and Winslow Police, it isn't affecting me at all.

Everyone has a right to their opinion. After all, it is subjective. While we are discussing places that aren't acceptable to live, add Holbrook and Winslow, AZ to my list. I find it VERY inconvenient on work days. If I leave work at 1830, many businesses have been closed including Walmart. My poor dog had to suffer through a human dinner....(he really didn't mind too much, though).
