When I entered the intersection the light was clearly green it changed to orange while I was in the middle of the intersection.

Is this considered running a red light?

Also how soon after the flash goes off do you get the ticket in the mail?
If your front wheel is not yet in the intersection when the light is red, you get a red light ticket. That's why a lot of intersections have that extra red line to show you the point that your car should be past to not get a ticket when the light is red. If you were in the intersection when the light was yellow, you will not get a ticket.

If you were speeding, on the other hand, you might get one.

Not sure if anyone posted the locations of the cameras and the mobile unit. Scottsdale tells you where they are, other cities probably do as well. They tell you right on the website that there is the well-known 11mph "buffer", plus other information.

A lot of intersections that have red light camera's now have speed cameras as well.

Some people who speed up when the light turns yellow are now getting tickets for speeding through the intersection. Another way for cities to get revenue.

The ticket needs to be served to you, mailing it in the mail is not considered served. What happens if the mail gets lost???????? The ticket needs to be certified mailed to you or hand delivered to the residence. Just do some research and you will see this. I have also heard this from 3 lawyers I know and 2 Phoenix officers.

Goodluck.

Oh gosh I'm expecting mine in the mail anyday. I probably have many. I didn't realize a camera was there until I saw a flash taken on the guy in front of me.
