I have another Gilbert question if I may ask?

Does anyone know where I could go to find available waterfront rentals(long term) in Gilbert? I seem to find one here or there but I was wondering if there is a good source for a lot of them?

Thanks!

Have you checked out ..VRBO® is Vacation Rentals by Owner® Vacation Homes Rentals by Owner (http://www.vrbo.com - broken link)? It's supposed to be a good source.

No I didn't check there. Isn't that for vacation? I am looking for a long term lease. I guess I can still look and see what is in there.

Thanks!

Or, use a realtor. They can search exclusively for waterfront rental properties, and it won't cost you a penny.

Thanks everyone! Everyone on the AZ board is so kind. I am trying to decide between AZ and FLA but I get a much friendlier feeling from the AZ posters

Thanks for being kind

I don't know what your budget is but here is one in the Islands, it's not Val Vista Lakes but it's a decent community. It's better than Wind Drift.
They also have waterfront townhomes for 995.00

go to Craigslist Phoenix

Well, I would like to keep my rent under $2,200 If possible. But id something was outstanding I would probably go to $2,500.

So I am guessing from your post that Val Vista is the nicest of the areas?

Thanks!

PS that ad for that home looked nice.

Currently there are no waterfront homes available in Val Vista Lakes for rent.

There is one other waterfront rental available in The Islands; a 2650sf home for $2000 mo.

Default Question

Hi Captain Bill,

Is it common to no be able to find homes that are waterfront in Glibert for rent?

We really want to rent before we buy to make sure that we like an area.

I THINK Gilbert is everything we could want and every store that we shop at is located in Gilbert so we will be in our comfort zone. But if the waterfront homes are not available for rental then that would be an issue for us.

Could you give me a brief over view of the waterfront areas and what is each area like? I'm not able to find an actual discription of the various areas and what each one has to offer.

Also, does each area have restrictions on boat sizes?

Thanks for your time
