Does anyone know anything of this builder and/or this development ? It's hard to get an unbiased view from a realtor of course.

I don't know about that development, but we bought an Engle home and are very glad we did. Great quality and customer service. If they are still offering Creative Environments for backyard landscaping (our front yard landscaping was included), I wouldn't recommend using Creative Environments as they were (still are?) expensive and unreliable.
