Lightbulb Cortessa - Waddell question
i am considering buying a home in cortessa which is in waddell. does anyone know if there are gyms in the area. this is a sticking point with me.

There is a gym on 303 and greenway in surprise. Dont remember what its called though.

Where exactly is Cortessa? Is it still in development stages or is it a completed community? Any model homes there?

grippit is on a distinguished road
Cortessa is in Waddell, at the far west end of Olive against the White Tanks. Some building still going on. Another couple of gyms on I-10.

I was told waddell or at least most of it will become Surprise after the mall and all the shopping centers are finished.

This gym is called Fitness 1. It is about 2 miles from Cortessa.

Fitness 1 has closed. There is a better one; Mountainside Fitness on Reems and Bell. Also, 24hr unsupervised fitness center on Waddell & Dysart called Anytime Fitness.
