I lived in Peoria in 1995 and am thinking of relocating back to the Phoenix area (probably northwest valley) from NY in the near future. I am compiling current information relative to:

Annual Auto Insurance Premiums, Monthly Water Bills, Homeowner Insurance and Annual Automobile Registration Cost.

Any information is appreciated!
