Casa del Rey is in a good location with nice new homes and lots of new retail, etc. I know Casa del Rey has single family homes as well as condos. Are the cottages the two story homes that look like condos and are built really close together?

Since it's a "normal" house, then I think it's a good choice. Please don't misunderstand me because everyone has their preferences; I just think the 2-story condo looking ones are waaaay too close together. About Casa del Rey, I haven't heard anything negative about it. And, like I said, it is in a good location and it looks nice too.

Actually upon further inspection it is one of those 2 Story Condos.

For me, I need a private back yard with some landscaping and as usual there are no pics of what a back yard would look like at that place..

My guess is that the "cottages" are priced lower due to their closeness because their yards are truly just the size of a postage stamp, if any yard space at all. It's been a while since I drove thru that development (I drive by it frequently), but I believe there are "normal" homes there also.
