Yet another post about apartments (Phoenix, Scottsdale: luxury, apartment complex, condominiums)

I have compiled a list of apartments that I am going to look at when visiting Phoenix next month and would be grateful for any comments on the apartment complex itself or the area in which they are located (whether or not it is safe, etc.).

Sierra Park Apartments, 1314 W University Dr., Tempe, 85281
Biltmore Promenade Apartments, 2625 E Indian School Rd., Phoenix, 85016
Arcadia Cove Apartments, 2252 N 44th St., Phoenix, 85008
Estancia Luxury Apartments, 3620 N Miller Rd., Scottsdale, 85251
Landmark Towers, 4750 N Central Ave., Phoenix, 85012
Scottsdale Condominiums (not sure if this is the actual name), 6125 E Indian School Rd, Scottsdale, 85251

But I found this site Apartment Ratings - Apartments for Rent with Ratings and Reviews from Actual Renters and people personally rate the apartments. Just put in the complex name.

I lived in the area were the Arcadia Cove apts. (not in those apts.) are and loved it. You would be close to everything.
