I have moved to North Phoenix

How is this area ?

Is there any crime over here ?

are there any Bad areas , in which i shall take precaution?

Like movin'on, where in N. Phx do you live? There are good and some bad areas in N. Phx, and yes there is crime.

There are exceptions to that guideline. The Greenway Square / Palomino neighborhood lies east of Moon Valley, but Moon Valley is a more desirable neighborhood. The truth is that neighborhoods can change quickly, and guidelines based on compass directions and/or arbitrary boundaries are often oversimplified. As everyone has suggested, the OP needs to be more specific in order to receive a helpful answer.

It is best to avoid the area between Cave Creek Road and 32nd street / Bell to Greenway (street), south of Greenway Parkway. For some reason, this tends to be a higher crime area. East or west of this area is MUCH BETTER.

I live near 36th and Cactus (just east of the 51). It's a very nice area and even gets more nice as you get closer to Shea.

Are you referring to the entire "Phoenix area" or to the actual boundaries of the city of "Phoenix"? If you're referring to the entire "Phoenix area", then a good majority of the north Phoenix area is great.....NW, N, and NE. We live in the NW valley and love it.
