Default Move to phoenix area

We are wanting to retire to the Phoenix area and are in search of trading our victorian home (3764 Sq Ft.) built in 1910 in North Carolina. This house has been accepted for the study for historical homes and will qualify for the National Registry. It sits on 3/4 of an area and is partially restored the house next door ( brick, 2800 sq ft) could be used as a rental. This is an ideal location in a small community. Also an oppportunity to own two nice homes.

We are a 30 minute commute to Duke University Medical Center and the about 45 minutes to Research Triangle Park. We are 2 1/2 hours from Wilmington, NC and just 4-5 hours from Myrtle Beach and Hilton Head Island.

I'm not sure what you are asking. If you are wanting to find a historical home like what you have now, you aren't going to find that here. The homes here are newer and more modern than that.

Default Home Trade

I think there are websites dedicated to home swaps. You may want to google them. As you probably know, homes here in
AZ are all fairly newer builds, not historical at all. But maybe you are tired of the old and ready for the new?
