Default How is the Canyon Trails area?

I was looking at some new homes in Canyon Trails in Goodyear. What do you think of the area? How is the crime rate there? I saw they are building new malls and such around, what's the future of the community?

i personally like canyon trails as an area - a little bit away from some of the higher traffic areas in goodyear, but this may change with the extension of cotton lane up into EMR and the building of that power center/mall at cotton & yuma

running yuma out to estrella will put you at the new spring training complex and the eventual city center

i have friends who live there and like it - say it's a pretty quiet community

I've seen them putting-up a Target near Cotton Lane. Also, they are putting up a new school in the Canyon Trails area. Looks like a nice area.

When will I-10 construction be done???
