Here are some I remember:

1. No one can allow a donkey to sleep in a tub
2. No one can refuse a glass of water
3. No one can keep more than 2 dildos in their house

That's all I remember...LOL

I dont understand how of all places, there is no helmet laws for motorcyclists and how you can put people (and Ive seen kids!) in the back of a pickup and drive. I clearly remember one morning going to work and seeing 3 kids one was a baby in a carseat being held in the lap of the older sibling while 3 adults were safe and cozy in the cab of that truck. To me thats just 'looking' for something fatal.

I agree 100% on having kids in the back of the truck, that should be illegal. However, anyone who is dumb enough to ride a motorcycle without a helmet is an idiot, and deserves what happens to them in an accident.

Such a law, banning the transport of children in the back of pickups, has come up in the legislature several times. I remember one being passed and then vetoed by Jane Dee Hull in the late 1990s. The argument against is that the pickup is often the sole means of transportation in rural areas, particularly reservations, and that a ban would introduce hardship. I have often thought that language that applied the ban to freeways and to counties over XXX population could address that issue.

Pickup trucks are often the ONLY vehicle a family in Arizona may have. It is used for work and for personal things.

As for kids riding in the back, it is unavoidable in many cases. However, with the sales of extended cabs P/U's, the issue is becoming far less of a problem.

Motorcycle helmet laws are an issue of personal freedom.

Until someone goes on the public dole due to a catastrophic head injury, yes. Then it's not personal any more.

That ... "argument" has been used / tried for YEARS in Arizona.

Sorry to tell you but, that ... "argument" has not even come close to working.

I will agree with on this issue. But the same goes for seat belts in cars, too. I always wear my seat belt, but I do not think I should be forced and fined for it if I do not want to wear it.

I'm not sure why they included the law about being 18 to purchase spray paint, and the one about cutting down a cactus, on that list of "Dumb Laws". Those are not dumb laws, there's a reason for them. Spray paint has a chemical in it that kids have used to get high, and the saguaro cactus is protected in the state of Arizona.

I know the one about manufacturing imitation cocaine sounds dumb, but I think that law is there because at one time many have made the imitation drug that looks like cocaine from dangerous chemicals that caused a lot of problems, including the deaths of those who used it. They also wanted to make legal means to prosecute those who manufacture the imitation cocaine, so that the bad guys won't use "It's not real cocaine" as a defense.
