The first Flag is Puerto Rico
The second is Cuba
Now these definately look very similar

dude, are you color, shape blind? that is nothing like japanese flag...

japanese flag is all white background with red circle....LOLOLOLOLOLOL

that flag is more similar to Israel's then Japan's

I don't think anyone would think it looks like a Japanese flag, after reading what's above.

Speaking of Vets. Phoenix seems to have a large amount of them recently.
