Running in 110 is nothing like 90 regardless of humidity. I prefer the morning over the afternoon. It seems to be much cooler at 5:30am than even 7PM

It is very wise to do your miles in the early morning or late at night, but many times that may not be possible. As a Phoenix native, by body has gotten very used to extreme heat, but during the summer I train doing less miles at a time and I carry a water bottle if even for the mental comfort. If your new to the heat, do early morning, night, or join a gym. I get a gym membership May-September just to fall back on during the 110-115 days. Just don't push too hard and know your limits. I also map my running paths so that I have bathrooms and shade throughout the run just in case I feel light headed and need a moment to chill out.
