Default Casa Del Rey in Peoria?

Anyone know anything about this neighborhood? There is a house in it that looks good on paper, but I wanted to know if anyone had any experience with this area.

Thanks in advance!

If it is the development off of Lake Pleasant, it is in a nice area. I think these are town homes or 0 lot line type homes. Very nicely done and very close to shopping.
