Who haven't had nor seen what this man can and will do.
They don't care or turn their heads to his practices which cost the taxpayers millions in settlements.

Unless they have had an experience themselves or have had a relative or friend or have witnessed firsthand what this sick individual cowboy wannabe from New Jersey actually does to people(most of whom in his jails are unsentenced,therefore NOT yet proven quilty) then they are ignorant to his tactics.
The sheriff is a publicty hound and in fact now, some are seeing the light and trying to have his sicko butt removed.

Wow, and to think I was going to add a new thread and ask about the Sheriff! Glad I checked.

So, it seems like half the people here think he's a power crazed nut and half think he's great. I am in MI and had always heard he was really tough on crime, which I liked.


So, when we move there, we should join some kind of squad or posse to stay in his "good graces?" I'm serious. It has never occurred to me to be "afraid" of law enforcement, but I browsed this thread, and there are some things that make you go "hmmm." It there anything law-abiding American citizens REALLY need to worry about? Or do they concentrate on criminals? Living most of my life in Detroit, and having a a few POs as friends, I can tell you, IMO, there are certainly some criminals who...need a "very firm hand." I'll leave it at that.

Unless you do some illegal activity there is NO reason to worry. The ONLY time I think about Joe is when on this forum and occasionally on the news - that's all! People just like to talk a lot.
