Where to start to find a good agent?
I know real estate agents are not to be referred on this site but is there a place where agents get reviewed. I'm new to Mesa/Gilbert area and don't know many people aside from few co-workers. I would like to see which agent gets reviewed good buying short-sale or foreclosed property. I have found few online like ziprealty and remax but not sure how they rate against others. Has anyone had any luck just contacting listing agent for the property and deal directly?
