Right now $1126 for 1,100 sq. foot apartment in Ahwatukee (month to month) (cost was $950 on a 12 month lease)
In a few weeks, $1,010 for 1,600 sq. foot house in Avondale 30 year fixed

Are you looking for rentals? Is this the reason for the information? There are 2,000 + square foot homes here in Vistancia for around $1,295. I just read your other posts and if you not wanting to drive far for work, then Vistancia may be too remote for you.

5/1 ARM just reset two months ago with about $135K left in principal balance. New monthly payment is $750 (principal and interest) + $200 (escrowed taxes and insurance) for a total of about $950 per month. North Scottsdale, 1700 sq ft house.
