There was a thread on here not too long ago that had a link to a site with old (60s, 70s, 80s) satellite imagery of the valley (and I think other cities/regions as well)...does anyone have that link?

No lie there.

Again; I was in downtown Phx yesterday (gotta love that Light Rail ) looking around prior to my catching a bus further west to look at an antique car.

I grew up near 28th and Van Buren during the 50' and 60's. We would cut through and walk down Van Buren visiting the motel ice machines. I attended Wilson Elementary School when it was by Sky Harbor Airport. The teachers lined us up by the fence and we saw President Kennedy when he came to Phoenix. We left there when I was 13 and I have never forgotten my wonderful childhood. Thanks so much for this walk down memory lane. If anyone has any stories or photos of Wilson School I would love to hear from you
