Goodyear Realtor Recommendations?
Anyone have a realtor they worked with who specializes in the Goodyear area that they would be so kind to pass along their name? We are looking to buy something in the area in the next few months and I hate to cold call out of a phone book...

I highly recommend Becky Garcia, have used her to buy, sell, and rent and she has been stellar, in my opinion. Her website is beckygarcia.com and she specializes in the area you are interested in and tell her that Rod sent you........good luck!

Phyllis and/or Carl Giordano. Previous owners of ReMax Achievers, with offices in the Avondale, Goodyear, Litchfield, Surprise areas. Fantastic people, good team working under them, solid values, and super knowledge of that area. I worked with them/for them close to 10 years ago, for the five years I spent in real estate/property management. (I think just the fact that they've been in real estate in that area for well over 15 years says something huge about how well liked they are!)
