We are big time Chicago Cubs fans and will be moving down the end of the month. We are researching our options for cable TV and are starting to get concerned about being able to get the Cubs games. In Iowa (were we live now) we have Dish Network and can get Comcast Sports Net (Chicago). So between that and WGN we can see almost every game. It looks like Comcast is a regional thing though and we won't be able to get it in AZ. Are there any other Cub fans on this forum and if so, do you know any good options???

You should get DirecTV which carries WGN and order the MLB Extra Innings package which shows all out of market games.

you can get extra innings on any major provider

even if you buy a sports pack that will include comcast in chicago, living in AZ they will blackout any out of market sports even that is part of a package ......... basically all baseball games on regional sports networks except the d'backs

things like espn, tbs, wgn, etc will still show the games though

unfortunately there are plenty of cubs fans down here, so i'm sure it would also be easy to supplement the games with a variety of bars, etc

Most games are on WGN so you get that channel here in AZ. The rest you will have to pay for...

There is a simple solution!!!! Get a place in Wrigleyville if you want to be close the real deal and action, and not resort to having to watch the Cubs from 1,800 miles away in the middle of the desert.
