Dog Groomer near 1-17 & Happy Valley (Phoenix, Glendale: house, travel)

I need a dog groomer with a good reputation. I have an 8lb dog who desperately need a haircut but hard to handle. He doesn't bite, just moves around a lot to try to get away. I notice there is a Petco by my house (1-17 & Happy Valley) but I'm always scared they are not properly trained. Not even sure if they have a groomer. I prefer a small business with the owner doing the cutting but I will consider others with a good reputation. Good reputation:never accidently killed, cut, hit, muzzle or anything in-humane to a dog/animals. Any idea how much they charge?

Use the yelp.com service, people rate services in and around your area.
You sign up for free and can rate restaurants, businesses, anything virtually. People have even rate tourist attractions and parks! beaches, etc.
So you can search by town, city , and then search by subject.
So type in for instance Dog Grooming or Dog Care Phoenix or Dog Care Glendale or Dog Grooming Glendale once you register for freee and you can see what people rated. 1 star is bad 5 stars is awesome, they have an average rating for everyone who left reviews and then you can see the individual reviews and contact people if you have a question.

Its pretty cool, esp if you're travelling to find places to eat, and stay and explore. And cool for your own area to discover new places.
