It won't be long before someone revives a 10-year-old thread -- asking for directions to Sky Harbor!

I wonder what the record is?

Well it wasn't me. I'm too lazy to go past page 1. It was interesting though, the thought that anybody would want to commute Prescott-PHX. That's just nuts!

I don't understand why people bring up such old topics instead of just starting a new one. Maybe they found it in a search. I've been bit more than once answering a revived where the OP might have even died since the OP.

They revive old topics because city-data suggests it. Go to any old topic, to the end post and you'll see the city data suggestion banner.

Dead post revived, but I'll toss in a few things for people considering the commute.

- I-17 has accidents and you can get stuck for a long time
- Back way through 89A on through Wickenberg is a LOT longer
- It snows on the I-17 sometimes during Winter, which can really affect your drive

I'd say consider a Prescott to Phoenix commute if you can get away with doing it three days a week or less. Else forget it.

I tried to make a new thread knowing there were older threads of the same topic (2009 was the latest) and they locked the thread saying to revive the old threads on the CvC forum. Decided it wasn't even worth it.

Oh and commuting between Prescott and Phoenix....? Don't. Just don't. You'll thank me later.
