You can actually do a lot better than a studio here at that price. I just moved to Galleria Palms in Tempe from New York and nice-sized one bedrooms go for about $770 a month. I also remember looking at CityScape in Tempe which was as nice, but in the mid 800s. Colonial Grand in Scottsdale offers a party atmosphere and there are two of them, one of them around $700 a month and another for $900, the cheaper one is actually in a better area. San Tropez is a party spot in Scottsdale and goes for about $820 a month. Id say if you could, up your max to about $750 or dont go lower than $700 a month and you have plenty of options. You might be able to find more in Chandler for that price range or Glendale but the prime party spots are Tempe and Scottsdale.

I second most of what he/she said...although I will say, we had a bit to do with Colonial Grand cracking down on the pool fun after we had a few rowdy weekends with the portable beer pong table...so now we just go to San Tropez and use their pool lol

if you're into the college bar scene, theres all kinds of places near Mill that are in that price range, and if you want to move a bit further away from the students, theres a few places on Baseline between the I-10 and the lopp 101, and a couple more near Elliot and Kyrene that are in that price range that I personally know of

Babe, you could do so much better....but let me know if you move there cuz that place sounds like a place where I can hear you having sex with your boyfriend.

A lot very inappropriate posts in this thread, im surprised these users haven't been banned yet.

To the OP: I would recommend checking out Apartment Ratings - Apartments for Rent with Ratings and Reviews from Actual Renters and Apartments For Rent

Between those two, you will find something.
