I guess it sucks, but $600 for a family of four doesn't sound that bad. Of course, it'd be a small fraction of that if not for illegals and malpractice lawyers. But I think $600 is about what my COBRA would run if I lost my job.

BTW, when I lived in VA, I got high pressure gasoline sprayed in my eyes. Later that night I decided to go to the ER, figuring it was a Sunday night in a nice suburb and it wouldn't be too crowded. WRONG! I got up to the door and saw the hours-long wait of non-English speakers, turned around and had my wife take me back home. Next day I called and got a same-day appt. with a great eye doctor in DC and all was well. I fear having to deal with an ER more than any injury.

Did any of you Arpaio haters take into account how difficult it is to be Sherriff in a county full of mayors of sanctuary cities? That by allowing sanctuary cites to exist the Sherriff could arrest all the mayors for bieng an accessory...

$600 a month is what my husband pays out of pocket for a family of four for Blue Cross PPO, which is on top of what his employer pays. We probably wouldn't have to pay so much for the HMO but we don't feel comfortable with an HMO.

Exactly...great points
