Default Chandler Schools/Living Areas

Hello,

I'm moving my family to the Chandler area to be closer to work. I don't know the area at all. I currently live in Surprise and feel like I'm living in a huge trailer park.

I need to know which schools are the best and which areas should I be looking to live in? Are there certain areas to stay away from?

I keep hearing how great Chandler is so I'm hoping that it will be much better than crappy Surprise.

Thanks in advance.

Zip codes in chandler that I recommend are 85224, 85248, 85286, 85226, due to their locations, amenities and stable neighborhoods. There is a nice mix in Chandler of types of housing, amenities and people. Chandler has been my home for over 20 years and it keeps getting better. Schools I recommend Andersen Elementary and Junior high, Chandler High, Hamilton High, Bogle Junior High, Conley Elementary, Jacobson. 85224 has a mix of Mesa schools and Chandler Schools within the zip code, I would stay in the Chandler School zone. 85226 is the Kyrene school district, which is a good district.

Ahwatukee and Chandler are both wonderful areas. The people are super friendly. My children attend Summit School of Ahwatukee and we feel it is the best school in the area. The teachers are amazing and the education outstanding. There website is Http://Summitschoolaz.org

Anywhere in Chandler is good. Arizona ave and Chandler blvd is the only area with some crime, but still safe enough. Like most suburbs in the Valley. The closer in parts are older, and the further out parts are newer. Otherwise its all the same, give me a safe neighborhood with a Costco nearby and I am good to go. Money magazone ranks Chandler as the 30th best place to live in the country, so take that for what its worth.

I'm in 85226 and like it. Close to everything, a lot to do as far as shopping goes. One of the better suburbs because of its location to everything, and schools are pretty decent for AZ.

I second that. Our son has been there for 2 years now. Awsome school. My wife has worked in the various school districts for years as a speech path. and she said this place is the best. Good teacher student ratio and the quality of education is awsome.
